DO WE OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We love all our service men and women. We offer a 5% military discount with valid id. Minimum order required.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any and all amounts paid will be issued as a credit that is transferable to a new date. The credit is to be used by the client within a three-month 90-day period. Please see full terms and conditions
In the event that either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement prior to completion of the Services, the canceling party will be required to provide at least a two-week (14 days) notice to the other Party for catering orders or private chef experiences. At which point, any amount paid will not be refunded but rather remains on file as a credit.
In the event the Client cancels and terminates this Agreement in less than two weeks (14 days) from the day agreed on for service, the Caterer retains the right to the 100% deposits or amounts paid to preparatory services rendered. This will not result in a credit. Please see full terms and conditions.
In the event, the services are rendered( requested) within two weeks of the requested date, the client is responsible to pay the balance in full at the time of booking to secure the date. If the client wishes to cancel after reserving the date, the full amount paid is transferable to a new date but is not refundable. The client will then also not be eligible for the cancellation policy aforementioned rather the client forfeits the payment. Please see full terms and conditions.

DROP/ PICK UP SERVICES
For all drop off only service, we do not provide any additional service supplies. The delivery driver will only have the food order. Plates, silverware, etc will not be provided unless otherwise requested.
For drop off and pickup service that require chafing dishes; client will be charged a refundable security deposit. Deposit is refundable pending all dropped off materials are returned, cleaned, and undamaged.
